Reading Notes: How the Rabbit Killed the Lion

In this story, the rabbit was able to fool the lion. The lion believed the rabbit’s lies, which caused him to drown. He thought his own reflection was the she-devil. I think it would be fun to write this story again in the lion’s point of view. It could be interesting to see how the lion felt the whole time and how his foolish thoughts led him to this. I can also change the she-devil to be another lion. Creating a conflict between two lions will make this seem more realistic especially if he looks in the water and it is his own reflection. This will also show how the lion felt about himself and how superior he thought he was.
